Affirmations work the same way all voices in our life (ours and others') have worked - by forming our sub-conscious scripts which are ever running in the background of our every thought and action. These scripts form the beliefs we have about ourselves and our life. And there are many negative and unwanted scripts in our sub-conscious. Affirmations help us rewrite these scripts, thus leading to a much healthier positive state of mind.

I made these affirmations for my clients who have found them very helpful. Each of these are 2 minutes long,

How to use these:

1. Hear this little audio, first thing in the morning and last thing before sleeping for minimum of 7 days to feel a difference.

2. While hearing, repeat the words in your mind, in your own voice while FEELING the word. That is the most important part. FEEL the words. All images, scenes, persons etc. which may come into your mind associated with those feelings are most welcome. Don't dwell on them but just flow with them.

3. If any words or phrases evoke negative feelings or memories, try to think of something positive in memory or hypothetical which will help bring the positive feeling.
